We build software and keep it running

CodeThere is a software development and IT services company. We build custom web and mobile applications, integrations, hosting, and security work. Our engineers work from Canada, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, Poland, and Pakistan, so we can cover time zones when you need overlap.

How we are set up

People in seven countries

We are spread out on purpose. You get people in Canada, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the UK, Poland, and Pakistan. Some clients care about time zone overlap; others just want the work done well. We do both.

We hold the same bar for code, security, and how we talk to you, no matter which country the person is in.

IT and software development services

New products, legacy systems that need attention, DevOps, and security hardening. Bring us in for a focused project or a longer engagement.

Web (PHP)

Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii, or plain PHP. APIs and admin tools that match how your business works.

Capabilities
  • Laravel: Eloquent, queues, events, Sanctum or Passport, Horizon, admin-style UIs, multi-tenant apps.
  • CodeIgniter: Small apps, moving legacy forward, speed tweaks.
  • Yii / Yii2: Gii, RBAC, REST APIs, busy backends.
  • Plain PHP: Composer, PSR style, PHPUnit, CI when you want it.

Web (Python)

Django, Flask-style APIs, and wiring in AI when you need it.

Capabilities
  • Django: Admin, ORM, DRF, Celery, channels, more than one environment.
  • Flask / FastAPI-style: Small services, OpenAPI docs, thin APIs.
  • AI: LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG-style flows, batch jobs, basic guardrails and logging.

Go (Golang)

Services, small tools, and low-level stuff when PHP or Python are not the right fit.

Capabilities
  • Web: REST or gRPC, middleware, logging, clean shutdowns.
  • Automation: CLIs, cron replacements, ETL, glue between systems.
  • Systems: TCP/UDP tools, proxies, workers, daemons that need to stay up.

Mobile development

Flutter, Android (Java), or iOS (Swift). We care about store reviews and code you can hand to someone else later.

Capabilities
  • Flutter: Material or Cupertino, state setup, platform channels, builds for iOS and Android.
  • Java (Android): Classic Activities / Fragments or Jetpack; Kotlin where it helps.
  • Swift (iOS): UIKit or SwiftUI, push, help with App Store paperwork.

DevOps

Servers you can rebuild, deploys that do not scare you, logs when something breaks.

Capabilities
  • VPS & OS: Ubuntu, Debian, or RHEL-style. Users, SSH, firewall, patches.
  • Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres. Install, tune, backups, simple replication.
  • Web servers: nginx or Apache vhosts, TLS with Let's Encrypt, reverse proxy, cache headers.
  • Services: systemd, logs, health checks, deploys with as little downtime as we can get.

Security

We read your app and server config, then fix what is actually risky. No PDF full of buzzwords.

Capabilities
  • App review: OWASP-style checks, logged-in flows, IDOR, XSS, CSRF, SSRF.
  • Data safety: SQLi, ORM mistakes, mass assignment, bad deserialization.
  • Servers: Fewer open ports, patches, configs that drifted.
  • Fixes: What to do first, headers, rate limits, secrets stored properly.

Infrastructure

VPS setup, databases, CDN (we use Cloudflare a lot), docs so your team knows how it runs.

Capabilities
  • VPS: DigitalOcean, Hetzner, EC2-style, whatever you already pay for.
  • Database: Sizing, pooling, checking backups actually restore.
  • Cloudflare: DNS, WAF, Turnstile, cache rules when bots or abuse show up.
  • Docs: Short runbooks so someone else can run it without calling us at midnight.

How we work

Talk, write it down, build in slices, then hand off or stay on for support. No mystery phases.

Discovery

We write down what you need, what plugs into what, and what success looks like before we touch prod.

Proposal

Scope, milestones, stack, hosting. You get a number and a calendar, not a vague phase two later.

Delivery

Staging, reviews, docs. You see progress often instead of a big reveal at the end.

Support

Optional: patches, monitoring, small features. Only if you want us to stay.
